What is Everything DiSC ®?

Why is it so easy to work with some people and more challenging to work with others?

The Everything DiSC® model is a simple tool that’s been helping people appreciate, communicate, and connect with each other for more than thirty years. It all begins with understanding the basic DiSC styles.

Why do we teach DiSC®?

By learning their own DiSC styles, people can gain a better understanding of their strengths, challenges, and motivators. They can learn how to use DiSC® to strengthen their relationships with others and build better-functioning organizations, one relationship at a time.

Why use Everything DiSC?

To work well with team members, coworkers and managers, you need to understand why you do what you do. You need to be conscious of your own behavior and how it affects your work relationships. That’s where DiSC® assessments come in – they make this easy.

DiSC on Catalyst: Keep the Learning Going

With Catalyst, the learning started in your DiSC Workshop becomes stronger by giving your learners resources they can use on their own after the workshop ends.

The questions in the Catalyst survey are presented to the survey taker depending on how they answer the previous questions. This allows for more precision and accuracy in the assessment results. The assessment will take around 25 minutes to complete, but each learner might take a shorter or longer amount of time because of the Adaptive testing process.
This assessment site is redesigned for a better user experience. Questions are shown one at a time so a learner is less distracted, allowing them to focus on each question leading to fewer mistakes when completing the assessment. When a user completes their assessment, they can immediately view their DiSC profile on Catalyst. They can read their DiSC story and watch videos about DiSC, their Style, and other DiSC Styles before training is conducted.
